A very small manual bending machine, especially designed to bend little profiles such as tubes, flats, metallic wires, solid bars and square tubes for any kind of application.

MAIN FEATURES:
• Top manual driving roll.

UNIVERSAL ROLLS:
• The machine is supplied with a set of universal rolls for the bending of the most common profiles.
• To improve the bending result you can use special rolls, which are manufactured according to the profile to be bent.

MACHINE STRUCTURE:
• The machine is composed of a very strong ribbed iron casting.
• The lower rolls are placed on slides.
• The shafts and the rolls are in hardened steel.
• The lower bending roll guides are protected from slag produced during the bending process.

ADJUSTABLE STRAIGHTENER:
• Standard equipment to support and to correct the material during the bending process.
• The straightener is height adjustable to carry out coils also with variable pitch.

EASY TO BE USED:
• The machine can be directly fixed on a vice or on a machine base, which can be supplied on request.
• Insert the material among the rolls, which are placed in triangle.
• Adjust the bending rolls.
• Turn the crank to perform the bend.
