PSU - 450 CNC

The PSU series of sawing centres are available in a wide range of automation. The PSU 450 NC-2 with length and mitre axis is available with or without disposal unit, while the 450 CNC-3 is supplied with length, mitre, and disposal axis. All of these cold saw centres can be fitted with a variety of loading magazines for all of your sawing needs.

VA-0 and VA-II

Eisele fully automatic circular sawing machines are the result of more than 50 years of experience in the construction of circular sawing machines. The VA-0 and VA-II machines build on this knowledge by incorporating vertical movement of the sawhead on hardened and ground guide rails, resulting in:
- The shortest possible cutting wayes.
- Constant chips thickness.
- Constant feed.
These machines can be equipped with a variety of loading magazines.

The basis for high efficiency and long service life and cutting quality is the robust worm gear that turns in an oil bath. Hardened and ground gears and the use of the best materials for the bronze worm gears guarantee a long working life.

The special pulling jaws which are built into the feed carriage of the machine ensures that the material lies flat on the support plate. This achieves accurate and angular cuts.
