Tools:
The tools used are cutting tools with 25 x 25 mm shank. Carbide cutting tools can be used either soldered or with throw away tips as well as high-speed steels tools. We can recommend well-tried tools.

Operation:
For transport and storage the machine is supplied with transport support frame. The carrying hook with link chain enables the machine to be suspended at the center of gravity. The series of holes on the carrying hook permits corresponding corrections to be made in the suspension. The machine is hoisted from the frame with a crab or a 1.5 ton crane and is inserted into the pipe with the clamp. Rollers on the clamp facilitate the insertion into the pipe. 

All operating elements are arranged according to industrial-psychological points of view and are easy to see and operate. The operating panel with the
control buttons is positioned centrally above the central axis.

To the left of the panel is the handwheel for the radial feed and to the right the handwheel for the axial feed. Walking in mechanical consisnation with the handwheels are the regulating handles 03-74 and 03-73 for the feeds with two directional positions and one position for manual feed. The handwheels are equipped with 0.1 mm scale divisions.

The axial feed has an additional scale 03-5 for absolute positioning in the center of the machine. Selectors 02-48 for the speed selection of the drive are situated above the drive motor.

The change gears for feed selection are easily accessible behind the removable covers beside the operating panel.
