The 300 offers programmable bend control, 1.8 second cycle time (
90° bend ), and off-line programming via a RS232 port. To ensure
the performance of the 300, heavy duty roller bearings are used to
guide the bend die and cushion cylinder. The 300 also has programmable
deceleration for both the ram’s bend stroke as well as the return
stroke thus cushioning the ram’s travel.
Winton Machine has built in a fan cooled heat exchanger because we
understand the importance of keeping the temperature of the hydraulic
fluid below a certain level. We also offer an optional 120 gallon
tank for additional cooling. Also, the tooling for the 300 is compatible
with most vertical compression benders.

of a knee cylinder to allow for the bending of two ( 2 ) tubes at
once. To ensure the performance of the 500, heavy duty linear roller
bearings are used to guide the ram die. The 500 also has programmable
deceleration for both the ram’s bend stroke as well as the return
stroke.
